Every house is a few minutes from Lauderdale Marine Center, and close to the other yards along Marina Mile (State Road 84) and the New River: Rolly Marine Service, Bradford Marine and Roscioli Yachting Center, Cable Marine, Marina Mile Yachting Center, Yacht Management, New River Marina and Marina Road Boat Yard.
