This page explains what information the Vitamin Sea website (mycrewhouse.com) collects, why, and what we do with it.

Booking requests

When you send a booking request, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, the date you would like to arrive, the house you are interested in and any notes you add. We use this only to reply to your request, usually by phone.

The request is sent to us as an email at info@mycrewhouse.com. The website does not keep a copy in a database. The email is delivered by Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website.

Calls, texts and WhatsApp

If you call, text or WhatsApp us, that conversation goes through your phone carrier or WhatsApp, not through this website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, whether someone taps to call, text or WhatsApp, and whether a booking request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser and approximate location. We never send your name, email address or phone number to Google.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
